The registration fee covers the attendance, the proceedings; welcome reception lunches coffee breaks (Monday-Wednesday)

Ph.D. students should provide a student certificate from their universities and present it at the Registration desk at the Congress venue.

Choose accommodation type single room/double room, arrival and departure dates

We recommend all participants to stay at Naantali Spa hotel since it is the conference site,

There is also an option “No Hotel” in case you like to organize your accommodation yourself

Please note this is a preregistration.  The final registration is when you print out the invoice and pay the fee)

Exhibition Stand

The fee for a standard exhibition stand is 450 euro (23% VAT included).
All Exhibitors should pay the registration fee.

Registration is to be done online before the congress.
Last minute registration is possible on-site. For payments cash, Visa, MasterCard and Eurocard are accepted. Major currencies are accepted
